As you all know , we had decided to distribute exam pads to students as a token of best wishes and motivation . We brought 130 exam pads and sticked them with label carrying group's name and the quote "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall".
We reached school by 10:30 am. Graduation day function started at 11.00 am in presence Rev. Fr. Anthony Swamy, Teachers, Students and Our group members (Amith, Abhishek, Chandan, Harsha, Poornima, Shubhanga). Agenda of the programme was packed with prayers and invocation followed by students opinion and Presidential speech by Rev. Fr. Anthony Swamy.

Then a brief introduction about our group from Vinay and about our presence of this particular day. Amith addressed students on this ocassion telling them about the objectives of Vidya Vachan, association of the group with St. Xaviers school and its objectives, events happened till date in the school, and our plans for the next academic year. He also mentioned about formation of clubs related to specific interests like computers, debate, singing etc. He thanked the management and teachers for the co operation extended from their side. As a graduation day special, few tips about examination were given about studying, preparation and significance of the exam and schooling. More importantly stressed on impact of world cup on boys in a beautiful and practical way. The father distributed few pads as a symbol and the rest were distributed by us. We wished them all the best for their examination and future.

Vinay insisted students to use the same writing pad given by us in exam :) . In all, it went exactly in the way we had planned. We also announced top 5 awards for toppers in 10th standard annual examination.
Later we had small discussion about events that can be done by the begining of next year, which will communicated in detail. A team meeting will be held by the end of this month.
